Local Yazeed Al Rajhi (SAU) on his second Stage in this Dakar Rally. Nasser Al Attiyah (QAT) -second today- managed to discount a few seconds to the leader, Stéphane Peterhansel (FRA) -third today-, but the 17 minutes of difference are still firm.

Carlos Sainz (ESP) was fourth and remains third overall, a bit over one hour away.
