Week Preview
Another week with a UCI Cycling World Championship, this time the Tissot UCI Track World Championships.

Judo will continue its World Championship this week. Japan leads with 5 gold medals so far. The Team Championships also take place.

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 starts in Australia.

Some motorsport Championships concluding this week include the Formula DRIFT, and the European Le Mans Series. The UTV World Championships also takes place this week, as well as the Carrera Panamericana, and the start of the Africa Eco Race.

Some motorcycling Championships will also conclude this week, such as the FIM EnduroGP World Championship, the FIM SuperMoto S1 World Championship, and American Flat Track.

Boxing has some huge female fights that were reschedules due to the passing of Elizabeth II: the Unified (expect for WBA) World Women’s Super Feather fight between Mikaela Mayer (USA) and Alycia Baumgardner (USA), and the unified Women’s Middle Title fight between Claressa Shields (USA) and Savannah Marshall (ENG).

Devin Haney (USA) and George Kambosos Jnr (AUS) also have a rematch for the Unified Lightweight Title. Haney clearly dominated the first fight.

There will also be several races around the world honoring Elizabeth II, in a big British weekend that includes the British Champions Sprint Stakes, and the British Champions Fillies & Mares Stakes.

Harness Racing has some of the most important European races, including the Grand Prix de l’UET and two European Championships.

Major League Baseball starts its proper playoffs after the wildcard games while in Japan the NPB has reached its Climax Series.

The UEFA Champions League has a Group stage matchday.

Parkour has its first official FIG World Championship.

The League of Legends World Championship continues.

Croatia sees the main Finals of the ISSF Shotgun World Championship, while the ISSF World Championship Rifle / Pistol starts in Egypt. 

The FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Championship Netherlands – Poland 2022 concludes.

Archery has its World Cup Final in Mexico.

The Disc Golf Pro Tour ends its season with its Championship.
