Kleveland, Thorgren and Røisland ended up making it 1-2-3 for Norway in the Big Air at the X-Games.

The Snowboard Big Air at the X-Games Aspen 2021 was a competition of the highest level.

Marcus Kleveland (NOR) threw a great 1080 grab, which while it was not an innovative trick, aesthetically it was difficult to do better, so they gave it a score of 46.

But Takeru Otsuka (JPN) improved by taking spinning four times on the board with a Front Quad 1800, the first ever seen in a competition. They gave him a 49 that put him second.

And then Sven Thorgren (NOR) also did 1800 and placed second with another 49! And Mons Røisland (NOR) also did four laps and took second place until that moment!

Dusty Kenricksen (USA) missed all three gold medals in his debut and did not actually finish in the top six. Otsuka fell on his fifth jump and was also off the podium.

Kleveland, Thorgren and Røisland ended up making it 1-2-3 for Norway.
