Diogo Jota (POR) gave Liverpool a 0-1 victory in their visit against Wolverhampton, in a Premier League match. He scored after a pass from Salah (EGY) to Mané (SEN) and then from him to Jota.
Salah was close to scoring the second goal of the match already to end the game but was scored offside.
The biggest drama of the game came at the end of the game, when goalkeeper Rui Patrício (POR) was knocked out on the pitch after a teammate hit his head with the knee.
Precisely Raúl Jiménez (MEX), who suffered a skull fracture a few months ago, was watching everything from the rostrum and surely wishing that his partner was well.
Patrício was treated in the field for about eight minutes and was removed on a stretcher; shots of the stadium did not allow to determine if he regained consciousness.
Since Jiménez has been injured, Wolverhampton has suffered and already fell to 13th place in the Premier League. Liverpool, for their part, have already climbed to sixth place in the Premier League.
