Eirin Maria Kvandal did not qualify in the top 30 but won gold in Slovenia.

The Sportspedia

Norway is a powerhouse in ski jumping, but Eirin Maria Kvandal (NOR) has never had a top-ranked result in the World Cup.

She in fact she barely qualified outside the top 30 for this World Cup in Ljubno (SLO), but she surprised with the victory, over Ema Klinec (SLO), who yesterday won as part of the Slovenian team in the team competition.

Third was Marita Kramer (AUT), winner in the first World Cup of the season.
