Sébastien Ogier and Julian Ingrassia (FRA) made Monte Carlo Rally history, winning their eighth, beating the record of seven set by Sébastien Löeb (FRA) and Daniel Elena (MCO).
Toyota’s French duo had a good duel with teammate Elfyn Evans (WAL) during the rally. Third came Thierry Neuville (BEL) in the Hyundai.
Ott Tänak (EST) had a flat tire and was withdrawn from the rally for riding on three wheels.
