Switzerland made a 1-3 at the Ski Cross World Cup in Sweden, with the sixth victory for Fanny Smith (SUI), who won for the sixth time in Idre Fjäll, Sweden.
With this victory she is getting closer and closer to the absolute record for victories in the Women’s Ski Cross World Cups. She is tied in first with Ophélie David (FRA) now.
Gantenbein (SUI), Fanny Smith, Marielle Thompson (CAN) and Chirtcova (RUS) made it to the Women’s “Big Final”.
Smith was the first to react to the start, followed by Thompson and the other pair together. Gantenbein would finish in third place at the end.
Smith has three victories in five World Cup races and is in first place overall.
