This week's Global Podium for the best sportspeople in the world features Mikael Kingsbury, Maxim Burov and Juan Francisco Estrada.

Gold: Mikael Kingsbury 
(Freestyle Skiing, Canada)

After taking the Moguls gold medal at the FIS Freestyle Ski World Championships, he also took the Dual Moguls gold, increasing his 6th World Title, more than anyone else in Freestyle Ski history.

Silver: Maxim Burov
(Russian Federation, Freestyle Skiing)

Burov’s Freestyle Aerials World Cup gold medal run of over two years came to an end this week after he finished 10th in Kazakhstan. But he did win the overall World Cup title. Also earlier in the week he won the Individual and Team World Championships, defending both titles he had already won in 2019.

Bronze: Juan Francisco Estrada 
(México, Boxing)

Juan Francisco Estrada and Román González (NIC) were the protagonists in one of the greatest boxing fight in memory, for the World Boxing Association and World Boxing Council Super Flyweight Titles. Estrada beat González, one of the all-time greats in the smaller weight classes, via a Split Decision and has now avenged all three losses in his 42-3 career, including his loss against González, eight years ago.
