This Pegasus World Cup, one of the most important races in the world was won by the favorite horse.
Knicks Go (USA), ridden by Joel Rosario (DOM), took the lead and Last Judgment (USA), ridden by Paco López (MEX), took second from the outside and there he held until the penultimate corner. They had a very fast pace but Knicks Go didn’t burn out.
The horse trained by Brad Cox (USA) never let go of the lead to the finish. A couple of months ago this horse won the Breeder’s Cup and now he took this three million dollar race. What a horse!
They were followed by Jesús’ Team (USA), ridden by Pegasus World Cup Turf winner Irad Ortiz, Jr. (USA), and Independence Hall (USA), ridden by Flavien Prat (FRA).
