Association Football has national team activity, including the start of the UEFA Euro 2020, Copa América and some FIFA World Cup elimination games.
The Olympic Sports of Judo, Modern Pentathlon and BMX Freestyle will hold their World Championships and will indeed give out the last Olympic berths in their sport.
Mixed Martial Arts will see the rematch of one of the best fights from last year: the UFCFlyweight World Title Fight between Deiveson Figueiredo (BRA) and Brandon Moreno (MEX). Israel Adesanya (NZL/NGA) and Marvin Vettori (ITA) will octagon-out for the Middleweight Title.
Off-Road has one of its main races of the year: the Baja 500. NASCAR Cup has its All-Star Race, which is now held in Texas instead of Charlotte. IndyCar and IMSA will race in Detroit, one week after its usual date.
Golf has a special event this week: the Mixed Tournament between the Ladies European Tour and the European Tour.
