Ken Roczen (DEU) achieved his third consecutive victory in the AMA / World Supercross Championship this year, all three in Indianapolis.
The German managed to take first place from the first lap and did not lose it, despite Cooper Webb (USA) staying close to the end.
Justin Barcia (USA) got stuck with a lapped rider and fell. The Champion, Eli Tomac (USA), met them head-on and also fell, when they were 3rd and 4th.
Marvin Musquin (FRA), Malcolm Stewart (USA) and Adam Cianciarullo (USA) inherited the positions from third to fifth.
Roczen stands first in the overall Championship.
