The World Golf Championships-Mexico Championship of the PGA Tour will not take place in México this year due to the logistical challenges presented by the global pandemic, PGA announced.
The new host for the tournament will be the Concession Golf Club in the Bradenton-Sarasota area, in Southwest Florida.
Patrick Reed (USA) won the 2020 edition of this tournament that as a “World Championship” title. Four other tournaments in the PGA Tour hold that title per year.
