This week's Global Podium for the best sportspeople in the world features Antonio Félix da Costa, Shane Hendrixson "Rapha" and Andrea Locatelli.

Antonio looked unstoppable by winning -from pole position- the first two races of the Berlin ePrix Final series for FIA Formula E. He then finished fourth and second in the two other races this week, enough to clinch the World Championship. He almost made it three wins this week but his teammate Jean-Eric Vergne (FRA) passed him in the closing stages of the fourth race. Maximilian Günther (GER) crashed out of that race after winning a day earlier, which allowed the Portuguese to clinch the Championship.

Shane overcame a personal tragedy two months ago to win his sixth Quake World Championship from QuakeCon, making it clear he is the best Quake player in history. He also won the MVP of the Quake Pro League, which he dominated. He only dropped one game at the World Championship, proving he truly rules the game.

The Italian rider is putting the most dominating season in motorsport. He won the two FIM Supersport World Championship races at Algarve (Portugal) in order to increase his race winning streak to five races, becoming the first rider in history to do so. It is even more impressive considering the season has had five races and these are his first five races in the Supersport World Championship, one of the most contested Championships in sport. It is unusual to see a rider to dominate Supersport, at all.
